01Brief & planning
Programme & coverage
We agree what needs to be recorded and what will be delivered: a full performance, an aftermovie or short clips. The programme determines crew size and filming hours.
Mark essential moments and simultaneous activities.
Agree deadlines, including any same-day edits or live output.

02Preparation
Technical planning
We check the venue with the organiser and technical team. Camera positions, sound feeds and crew access are planned around the audience and performance.
Check sightlines, lighting, power and recording permissions.
Prepare alternatives for weather or programme changes.

03Preparation
Setup & rehearsal
The crew works from one rundown with clear camera and sound assignments. We test the recording setup before the audience arrives.
Match cameras, check sound feeds and confirm communication.
Rehearse critical cues and test backup recording.

04Event coverage
Live coverage
We coordinate complementary angles and continuous sound for moments that cannot be repeated. The crew follows the programme and responds to changes as they happen.
Capture the performance, audience and relevant details.
Monitor recording, manage media and protect footage throughout the event.

05Post-production
Edit
We synchronise cameras and sound, then edit for the agreed format. A performance film preserves continuity; an aftermovie selects the moments that describe the event.
Build the cut around the required length and delivery date.
Treat urgent clips as separate deliverables with their own review schedule.
